Agro exporters across Africa often need a warehouse that is more flexible than a basic storage shed. The building may receive produce from small trucks, hold packaging materials, support grading lines, protect finished cartons, and load containers during narrow shipping windows. The planning exercise should begin with product flow. Fresh produce, bagged grain, animal feed, cocoa, cashew, coffee, and processed foods all move differently. Some require shaded receiving, some need ventilation, and some need secure dry storage away from pests.
